We do not provide financial services. We do not operate as a broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or bank. We do not execute trades, hold customer funds, or manage trading accounts on your behalf.

Nothing on this website, in our products, manuals, dashboards, scores, signals, alerts, social media posts, messages, or communications from Banger HQ or BangerDayTrades constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Banger HQ and its operators, owners, affiliates, contractors, and team members are not registered as financial advisors and do not hold themselves out as qualified to provide personalized investment advice.

Invite-only scripts, manuals, and downloads are licensed for your personal use only unless a separate written license says otherwise. You may not reverse engineer for redistribution, resell, share paid access, publicly republish proprietary manuals, or clone our products for commercial competition using our confidential materials.

Purchases may be processed by third-party platforms such as Gumroad. Those platforms have their own terms, privacy policies, payment processing, and refund workflows. We are not responsible for outages, payment errors, or account issues on third-party services.

Market data, charts, and quotes you see in TradingView or elsewhere are provided by those platforms and their data vendors, not by Banger HQ. All market data should be treated as potentially delayed or incomplete and verified independently before trading.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Banger HQ, BangerDayTrades, and their owners, affiliates, officers, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost data; trading losses; business interruption; or any damages arising from use of or reliance on our website, products, manuals, scores, signals, alerts, or communications — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or, if greater liability cannot be limited in your jurisdiction, the minimum amount required by law).

If you are prohibited from using educational trading software or from trading certain markets, do not use our products for those purposes.

Product purchases are processed through the checkout provider shown at purchase (e.g., Gumroad). Pricing, taxes, and payment methods are presented at checkout.

Where a money-back guarantee is advertised for a product, that guarantee is subject to the terms stated on the product page and checkout, and to verification of purchase. Abuse of refunds, chargebacks without cause, or sharing of invite-only access may result in denial of future access and other remedies.

TradingView invite-only access requires you to provide an accurate TradingView username. Delays may occur if information is missing or cannot be verified. We are not responsible for TradingView account restrictions outside our control.
